Transit workers giving urine sample may get audience (Boston Globe)

Some transportation workers in Boston and across the nation may soon have an audience at what time they give urine samples wholesome to workplace drug tests, according to revised founded on regulations.

The new US Department of Transportation Guidelines, which have the intended fact effect in November, will require “directly observed collection” of animal-water from employees who previously tested positive for the sake of drugs or from those whose precedent piss samples appear to bring forth been tampered with.

Not so long ago, I was a manager at a restaurant. While safety was a actual of importance part of our daily routine, accidents did happen. This is true in any any workplace - accidents tend hitherward.
